Our Mission
What is Aircode and How Does It Benefit DFW Flight Attendants?
Aircode is a dedicated SMS support service created for flight attendants based at DFW. The name reflects both our environment and our values—“air” represents the skies where we spend much of our careers, and “code” stands for the professional code of conduct we uphold in serving our fellow crew members.
Aircode provides a quick, confidential, and accessible way for flight attendants to get support, ask contract-related questions, and request union representation—all via text. Whether you’re on a layover, between legs, or about to walk into a meeting, Aircode connects you with knowledgeable APFA representatives who are ready to help when you need it most.
